Cancel My EL AL Flight And Get A Refund

EL AL cancellation does not allow flight cancellations. If you do not use the ticket for the specified flight, it cannot be refunded, nor can it be used for other flights or requested services for the reservation. For flights to and from the United States only, you can cancel or change your reservation within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any fees or penalties, as long as the flight was booked 7 days or more before the departure date. Change My EL AL Reservation

EL AL reservations allow changes to the date, time, and destination of its flights. However, there are some things to consider:

• If you booked through a travel agent, you cannot make changes on the website.            
• If you change your itinerary on the website, it will apply to all customers included in the booking.        
• You can only change the time and date of your return flight when your outbound flight has departed.      
• If you want to change the origin or destination of one of your flights, remember to make the corresponding changes to the other flight.

Change The Name On My EL AL Reservation

EL AL Israel Airlines reservations allow name changes to its flights. You can change your name on your ticket up to 4 hours before your flight. To get it, you have to call the call center, pay the appropriate fee, and the agent will make the requested name change. 

You cannot change the name if:

• You are signed in
• You purchased your flight with El Al Airlines e-credits
• Your flight has started, but you didn't show up for part of it
• You want to change an adult ticket to a minor ticket or an unaccompanied senior ticket

• With the Flex plan, you can make unlimited changes to your booking up to 4 hours before your flight.
• It allows you to recover the cost (in El Al tickets Airlines points) if you cancel your trip.
• If you want to sign up for a Flex plan, you must do so at the time of booking, not after.

But what if you don't have a Flex plan?

ELAL refund policy are non-refundable. EL AL airlines refund is only allowed in case of force majeure or cancellation by the company. However, you can change the passenger name, as well as the date, time and flight destination so you don't lose money.

Change My EL AL Reservation

If you have already completed your outbound itinerary and want to modify your return itinerary, please remember that you can only change the date, not the route.
You can change your booking up to 7 days before your flight.                     
With the Flex plan, you can make unlimited date and itinerary changes up to 4 hours before your flight at no additional cost. If anything, you only pay for the change in tariffs.              
You will be required to pay the following change fees (in addition to the difference in euros between the original ticket price and the new price at the time of the change).
